1. What makes FullStock.net better than other online dealers?

Our focus is to make purchasing online a pleasant experience. We have gone out of our way to provide detailed product specs, simple uncluttered website space, and product finders to make finding the product you need as easy as possible. In addition, while many web sites owners have abandoned reasonable customer support, our friendly CEO responds to most customer inquiries and handles all customer complaint issues. You may be surprised by just how well your issue or concern is handled!

2. How long have you been in business?

FullStock was founded in October 2007 and logged its first online sale in December 2007. We have also sold on Ebay.com in our early years before launching our own site. Our Ebay feedback score of 199 under pcbboy32407 logged 100% satisfaction.

3. Why should I trust you?

We have a young yet proven track record of excellent customer service and support. But don't take our word for it! 4. Do you have a store?

No, all orders are placed online. We ship from a centrally located warehouse for quick shipment to the east or west coast. We believe our online only business model keeps us focused on providing you the best internet shopping experience possible.

9. What is your privacy policy?

FullStock respects your right to privacy and will not distribute your personal information to any third party that is not involved in the fulfillment your order.

10. Is my personal and credit card information secure?

FullStock uses the latest in SSL encryption technology to make sure your order is secure. Credit card numbers are encrypted through PayPal and are never entered on our site and are not maintained on our servers. No one at FullStock will ever see customer credit card information. We leave that to the Pro's over at PayPal. Name, Address, Phone Number, and email address is maintained on our servers and is protected through SSL.

11. How do I find out my order status?

You can check the status of your order by logging into your FullStock account and reviewing past orders. Just click on 'Track Your Order' on top of our homepage. You could also email us if you need further assistance.

12. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we will add a tracking number to your account. Depending on the shipment, you can visit the UPS or FedEx website to track your order

13. How do I cancel an order?

We try to ship out most orders almost as quickly as we receive them, giving us a very small window to cancel orders. In many cases, our warehouse is packaging and shipping your order within minutes of receiving it. However, once an item ships, you can still refuse the shipment for a refund, minus any freight charges and restocking fees. So be sure your order is correct before placing it.

14. How long will my order be held on back order if the item is not in stock?

We will only back order items for up to 30 days and then the order will be cancelled. Please contact us if you would like to extend the order an additional 30 days. If you wish to cancel sooner please send us an email request with your order number. Once we get confirmation that the order has not shipped before canceling a full refund will be issued. If the cancellation is unsuccessful and you still wish to cancel refuse the package. Freight charges and restocking fees will apply.

15. Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

16. How long will it take to receive my order using the flat rate ground shipping?

Shipping times vary based on the ship to location but a general rule of 7-10 days is good measure. We strive to push out orders as quickly as possible and most of the time orders arrive quicker than the 7-10 days.

17. Do you ship to PO Boxes and/or APO's?

Because most of our orders ship via UPS or FedEx, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. APO addresses is currently being looked at for future servicing. Orders addressed to a PO Box will be cancelled and refunded.

18. Where will my item ship from?

Your order will automatically ship from our warehouse in Oklahoma, depending on inventory.

19. Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally at this time.

20. How much do you charge for shipping?

††FREE Shipping offer valid on orders over with a weight of 35lbs. or less. This offer is only valid for orders that qualify for and ship via FedEx Ground Shipping within the contiguous lower 48 States (AK, HI, PR and International orders are excluded). Offer valid for a limited time only. One Order per customer. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts.

21. When will my credit card be charged?

For Paypal and Google Checkout orders only, your card will be charged immediately after placing the order regardless of when it ships. If there is an issue with the order we will contact you immediately for further instructions. If something isn't right before the order is submitted you can just request to have the order cancelled and the funds will be returned usually within the same business day if not hours.

22. Do you price match?

No. Many competitors use shady practices such as selling foreign products, drastically marking up shipping, or using bait and switch techniques. Because we are an honest dealer, we cannot match prices when our competitors are using such deceptive techniques. Our prices may not always be the lowest, but we try to balance that with quick shipping and excellent customer service.

23. Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is charged on all orders shipping to Maryland.

24. Do you sell used or refurbished items?

Most of our items are brand new, factory sealed and come with the manufacturer's warranty. Out of over 14,000 products there are 10 or less that are refurbished. Refurbished items are identified on their respective pages.

25. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept purchase orders. Beach Audio is now accepting PayPal as well. Existing PayPal users can quickly checkout without having to type in billing and shipping information. PayPal allows users to pay using debit cards, bank accounts, credit cards or stored balances that are accessed through their individual PayPal accounts.

26. Who should I contact if I have questions with an order?

If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact FullStock through the contact page or email. PayPal is a fast, safe, convenient checkout process that you can use, but all communication is still maintained by FullStock. You may contact us regarding shipping, changes to your order, tracking and returns. We will contact you at the email address listed in your PayPal or FullStock account.

27. What is PayPal Checkout?

PayPal allows users to pay using debit cards, bank accounts, credit cards or stored balances that are accessed through their individual PayPal accounts. Existing PayPal users can quickly checkout without having to type in billing and shipping information. PayPal gives FullStock customers more convenience, ease, and flexibility!

28. What is a PayPal confirmed address?

When a buyer's credit card billing and shipping addresses are the same. In some cases, PayPal has examined the buyer's PayPal account history.

29. How can I confirm a PayPal shipping address?

Add a credit card to your PayPal account. PayPal will confirm the credit card billing address (the address where you receive your credit card statement). Apply for PayPal Buyer Credit. If you're approved, the address on your application will be a confirmed address. Alternate address confirmation. This process takes several days and is only available for U.S. accounts. 31. How long does it take to get a refund?

Once the item is returned to our warehouse, a refund will be processed. The refund could take 7 to 10 business days to be processed and returned to your credit card. Usually once the item is received the refund is issued in a timely manner.
